Begin your adventure with a 7:30 AM pick-up from your Marrakech hotel or riad. Travel through the High Atlas Mountains, winding along the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), where panoramic views and photo stops await. Visit the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, Morocco’s most famous fortress and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Featured in films like Lawrence of Arabia and Game of Thrones, this ancient ksar showcases centuries of Berber architecture and heritage. Continue toward Ouarzazate, the gateway to the Sahara, and explore the Taourirt Kasbah or the nearby Skoura palmary, depending on your pace. End the day with dinner and an overnight stay in a charming traditional kasbah hotel.
After breakfast, set off on a scenic drive along the Road of 1000 Kasbahs, passing through Skoura oasis and the Valley of Roses. Visit Kelaat Mgouna, where locals produce fragrant rose products and celebrate the annual Rose Festival each spring. Continue through Boumalne Dades and Tineghir, famous for its lush palm groves and Jewish quarter. Upon arrival at the Todra Gorges, enjoy a short hike through the 300-meter-high canyon, one of Morocco’s most striking natural wonders. In the afternoon, journey to Merzouga, where your camel awaits. Embark on a 90-minute camel trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi as the sun sets over the Sahara. Arrive at your luxury desert camp to enjoy mint tea, a traditional Moroccan dinner, and an evening of Berber music around the campfire.
Wake early to catch the sunrise over the dunes, a truly magical sight. After breakfast, ride your camel back to the hotel for a refreshing shower before beginning your journey to Fes. Travel through the Ziz Valley, stopping for photos of the palm-filled gorge, before continuing through Errachidia and Midelt, nestled between the High and Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop for lunch near Azrou, where you’ll visit the famous Cedar Forest and meet the friendly Barbary macaque monkeys. Your 3-day adventure concludes with a scenic drive through Ifrane, Morocco’s “Little Switzerland,” before arriving in Fes by evening, where your driver will drop you off at your accommodation.
Approximately 9 hours total with scenic stops and meals included along the route.

Transfern var i tid, vi fick stanna på ställen för att köpa mat och vår förare körde väldigt försiktigt och bra! Vår upplevelse var 10/10, vi var 10 personer och det var väldigt bekväm och rymlig transfer vi fick!Posted on GrandTour746743Verified A wonderful taste of Morocco and the desert It was a magical trip. Our guide Mohammed had many years of experience plus he had genuine love for his job and his native country. This combined, provided a very rich 3 days where we learned and experienced Morocco. The scenery was amazing from the Atlas Mountains to the Saharra desert. From the Berber villages to the vast canyons and gorges. The food along the way was local and delicious - we never went hungry. As we spent a lot of time in the car (which was comfortable and luxurious - a Mecedes van), Mohammed was very open to stopping when we wanted to (or needed to!). The accommodations were really top notch highlighted by the tent in the desert. The experience in the desert, traveling on camel to where we slept, the scenery, the massive dunes, the sky full of stars, the chill at night, and the hospitality of the local people made it an experience that I will repeat. I will give this experience my highest recommendation.Posted on Henry OVerified Best trip ever We had the absolute best time. I cannot stress how good our driver Youness was. He was so helpful and made the trip incredible, putting up with all of us. He let us spend extra time in places and the trip was really flexible with what we wanted. The itinerary was well planned and each day had the perfect amount of stuff. The car was very spacious and Youness let us play whatever we wanted (sorry Youness haha). There were some things like the itinerary stating that we would be riding camels on both the evening and following morning in Merzouga, however we only got to ride them in the evening. Overall an incredible experience and will remember it forever!!Posted on Hamma HVerified One day trip to Agafay The trip was very well organised. It was also easy communicating with the team. The driver was on time and we enjoy it the day pass in Agafay. I highly recommend it! We enjoyed it!
