Begin your desert adventure with a morning pick-up from your Marrakech accommodation at 7:00 AM. Cross the High Atlas Mountains through the dramatic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, pausing at panoramic viewpoints to capture the scenery. Arrive at the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and filming location for many famous movies. Climb to the top of the fortified village for stunning views before continuing to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert.” Depending on timing, you may also visit the Skoura Palmary, an oasis of ancient kasbahs and lush date palms. Dinner and overnight at a 5-star traditional kasbah hotel in Ouarzazate.
After breakfast, drive along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, stopping in Skoura Palm Grove to admire the Amerhidil Kasbah. Continue to Kelaat Mgouna, the “Valley of Roses,” where locals produce rose oils and cosmetics celebrated each May during the Rose Festival. Pass through Boumalne Dades and Tineghir, famous for its palm oasis and historic Jewish quarter, before reaching the impressive Todra Gorges — towering canyon walls rising 300 meters high. After lunch, journey toward Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Mount your camel for a sunset trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes, arriving at your luxury desert camp as night falls. Enjoy dinner, traditional Berber drumming, and a peaceful night beneath a blanket of stars.
Wake early to witness a magnificent Sahara sunrise. After breakfast in the bivouac, ride your camel or take a 4×4 transfer back to the meeting point. Depart toward Fes, passing through the picturesque Ziz Valley, Errachidia, and Midelt. Stop in Azrou to stroll through the famous Cedar Forest, home to playful Barbary macaques, then continue through Ifrane, often called “Little Switzerland” for its alpine charm. Arrive in Fes by evening, marking the end of your unforgettable desert journey.

Transfern var i tid, vi fick stanna på ställen för att köpa mat och vår förare körde väldigt försiktigt och bra! Vår upplevelse var 10/10, vi var 10 personer och det var väldigt bekväm och rymlig transfer vi fick!Posted on GrandTour746743Verified A wonderful taste of Morocco and the desert It was a magical trip. Our guide Mohammed had many years of experience plus he had genuine love for his job and his native country. This combined, provided a very rich 3 days where we learned and experienced Morocco. The scenery was amazing from the Atlas Mountains to the Saharra desert. From the Berber villages to the vast canyons and gorges. The food along the way was local and delicious - we never went hungry. As we spent a lot of time in the car (which was comfortable and luxurious - a Mecedes van), Mohammed was very open to stopping when we wanted to (or needed to!). The accommodations were really top notch highlighted by the tent in the desert. The experience in the desert, traveling on camel to where we slept, the scenery, the massive dunes, the sky full of stars, the chill at night, and the hospitality of the local people made it an experience that I will repeat. I will give this experience my highest recommendation.Posted on Henry OVerified Best trip ever We had the absolute best time. I cannot stress how good our driver Youness was. He was so helpful and made the trip incredible, putting up with all of us. He let us spend extra time in places and the trip was really flexible with what we wanted. The itinerary was well planned and each day had the perfect amount of stuff. The car was very spacious and Youness let us play whatever we wanted (sorry Youness haha). There were some things like the itinerary stating that we would be riding camels on both the evening and following morning in Merzouga, however we only got to ride them in the evening. Overall an incredible experience and will remember it forever!!Posted on Hamma HVerified One day trip to Agafay The trip was very well organised. It was also easy communicating with the team. The driver was on time and we enjoy it the day pass in Agafay. I highly recommend it! We enjoyed it!
